NSCI Club NSCI Club is for all undergraduates in Nutritional Sciences who want to develop professional and social competencies and establish networks, while providing services to the department, community, and campus. Any student with an interest in nutrition, foods, and health is welcome to join. The club meets on the first Thursday of the month during the school year at 5 p.m. Monthly fliers publicize the speaker and the place. Rachel Jerchau is the 2009-10 President. This community provides information on applying for dietetic internships, helpful links to resources and opportunities, and breaking news for dietetics majors.
