At 8, he fended for himself in the kitchen while his mother was at work: necessity sparked Marc Dunham’s passion in the culinary world.
"I was a latchkey kid," Dunham said. "My mom was a single parent and worked three jobs, so I was making grilled cheese at home because my mom was at work."

OSU Welcomes First AH&LA Student Chapter in Country |
From the first shopping cart to the yield sign and the electric guitar, Oklahomans are known for creating firsts. The list of "firsts" continued in August as AH&LA recognized students from the School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration at Oklahoma State University as being the first student chapter in the country. |
