Human Development and Family Science senior Eunice Menja will graduate with an option in Child and Family Services. While balancing the demands of a family and full-time employment, she has been listed on the President’s and Dean’s Honor Rolls with a 3.9 grade point average.
Working with OSU students and Stillwater community members, Eunice has led efforts to establish a Head Start program in her native Kenya. The group, Upendo Kwanza, has raised funds to provide clothing, medicine and school supplies for needy children and families in Kenya. Eunice was named an OSU Alumni Association Outstanding Senior for 2008. She was selected for membership in Golden Key International Honour Society, Phi Kappa Phi, and Phi Upsilon Omicron honor societies. She is a member of the Human Development and Family Science Club and the African Student Organization. Eunice and her husband Robert live in Stillwater with their two daughters. |
