Admission and Application Procedures Students wishing admittance into a Great Plains IDEA program must apply to OSU Graduate College and submit materials to the Great Plains IDEA Coordinator. NOTE: A GRE is not required.
U.S. Residents: Materials to be submitted to OSU Graduate College, 202B Whitehurst, Stillwater, OK 74078: - O.S.U. Graduate School Application – you may do this on-line by visiting the following web site: http://gradcollege.okstate.edu/default.htm (please specify the online program).
- Two sets of official transcripts from each of your university/college experiences. The transcripts must be sent directly from the institution.
- Submit a $40 application fee.

- Professional goal statement
- Three letters of reference
When all of your materials have been received, a graduate committee will review your request for admission to the on-line master’s program of your choice. You will be contacted in regards to the committee’s decision. An applicant will receive one of the following four decisions: 1) Admissible Without Qualification 2) Admissible on a Provisional Basis (PV) 3) Admissible on Strict Academic Probation (AE) and 4) Not Admissible because of space, grades, background, test score, other.
