Courtney Lasater is a Design, Housing and Merchandising major with an option in Interior Design. Chosen as the Christine Salmon Research Scholar, Courtney has been responsible for a research project focused on lighting technologies and their application to the student classroom experience. Courtney has provided leadership on the College of Human Environmental Sciences Ambassadors CONNECT team and Scholar Leaders. She served as chair of the OSU Academic Integrity Panel. She is a member of American Society of Interior Designers and the International Interior Design Association which she represented in a national student design charrette in Houston. She is a member of Golden Key International Honour Society, Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Eta Sigma honor societies and has been listed on the Dean’s and President’s Honor Rolls. An internship with PSA-Dewberry architectural firm resulted in an offer of employment upon her graduation. Courtney is the daughter of Pamela Lasater of Tulsa. |
